Membership terms and conditions

Membership Enrollment:
Membership begins upon successful registration and first payment.
Billing:
Massage Membership fees are billed monthly and charged automatically each month. Laser Hair Removal Memberships are billed on a recurring basis starting on the date of registration.
Cancellation:
Members may cancel their membership at any time but must provide written notice at least 5 days prior to the next scheduled billing date. No refunds will be issued for partial months.
Service Usage and Rollover:
Membership includes one massage session per month as specified in the membership plan. Unused sessions can roll over for up to 3 months. Sessions not used within this period will expire.
Additional Massages:
Additional massages booked beyond the included monthly session will be charged at a discounted membership rate.
Add-Ons and Discounts:
Members receive a 10% discount on all add-ons and additional services. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
Non-Transferable:
Massage memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with family members or friends.
Appointment Scheduling:
Appointments are subject to availability. Members are encouraged to book in advance to secure preferred times.
Rescheduling and No-Shows:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session.
Changes to Membership:
Sublime Essence Spa reserves the right to modify membership terms, fees, or benefits with prior notice to members.
Liability:
Members agree to disclose any health conditions or concerns before treatment. Sublime Essence Spa is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed information.
